‘’ My apologies for disturbing you but I was told to deliver this as it was the usual time to have tea. Mr Oliver strictly gives us the order to take care of you in his absence.’’ Cheerio very well that it was not used getting angry on the maid as she was only doing part of her job even if she was more loyal towards Mr Oliver instead of following her command.
