Nothing which was happening in the life of Sebastian living as Nathan was hidden from the system at all. But they were also not supposed to interfere in every single thing which was going to take place as long as it was not going to affect their mission. There were so many rules and regulations they had to follow while being part of the system and carrying out all those tasks they had to complete.
