I heard the telltale sign and definitive sobbing of a woman and returned to the room scared at what I would find. Instead, I found my brother and Roman with tears streaking down their face. When I looked at Lucy, she had tears dripping down her face.
“Uhhhh… Is everything okay here?” I asked confusedly.
“Yes, I am sorry. I..I..” Lucy stuttered between sobs.
“Yes, we are all okay here. I think we all just realized that it was all a big misunderstanding.” Roman said sniffling.
“I understand that, but I would rather hear from Lucy. No offense, Roman but I need to hear from here that she doesn’t need me anymore. So if you two wouldn’t mind I would like to talk to her alone.” I told them looking sympathetically toward Lucy.
