We took the next available flight to UK the next day with the twins and with my family's consent.
When we arrived in London. Daniel didn't want to go straight home, he took the kids and I to an apartment because it was a little late.
We ate at the apartment when Daniel had ordered something for us.
We were having a quiet family dinner when I could see that Daniel wasn't answering his phone calls.
"Daniel, aren't you going to answer that?" I asked him.
"It's my grandmother. She has nothing important to say."
Daniel shrugged and continued to eat.
"She's been calling for too many times to deem it as unimportant, Daniel. Just pick up and listen to her. Besides, that's the reason we are here."
