CHAPTER ELEVEN
Emma Jane lay in her temporary bed, listening to the sound of the morning dawning around her with a dull feeling. Yesterday she'd been so happy. The entire day that she'd spent with Vanessa had been amazing. She'd felt alive in a way she didn't even know she could, until she'd discovered that she'd hurt Vanessa. Thinking about Vanessa now made her pulse race and her cheeks flush. She was so attracted to her, body and mind. She closed her eyes and rolled over, wrestling with her thoughts.
