Why would the Transference Protocol place me in this host? Why would someone with my knowledge and skill set be sent all the way to this planet, only to be inserted into this decrepit body? Zho thought to himself as he looked in the mirror. Although Costello’s tiny boarding room had little else, at least it had a working bathroom, albeit one shared with other tenants.
Zho ran a diagnostic to confirm that he was now in control of the host body. He raised Costello’s right hand and bent his elbow. He touched his nose. He turned his head to the left and right.
