Chapter 37 Dkany Monastery The unique thing about Dkany Monastery was the reason for its being. Providing protection against foreign invaders, the monastery housed the church, its offices, dormitories, vast library, restaurant, and a clinic for the Dkany townsfolk. A chain still enacted the clanging of the doorbell inside, as it had for centuries.
