“Good afternoon, Miss Ava.”
“Mr Welles?”
I wasn't sure if I was asking him or not.
“Yes it is I. How are you doing today? I trust that you slept well, right?” he asked.
“Yes I did. Thank you for asking. But how did you get my number?” I asked him.
“Are you forgetting that I am your new boss now. And your information was sent to me, including your contact number.” he answered.
“Oh I see. Sorry, but do you need me to come over to the office to do something for you?” I asked him as I was still confused as to why he called me.
“Actually I was wondering if you are free right now?” he asked.

Why the hell will he ask me that? Is he trying to take me out on a date or something?
