Chapter 13 – Farewell Party
Eva competes in two more bruchenball matches. The light weight novice team learned a lot of lessons during their first match and they manage to get through the next two matches without any serious injuries. Chrissie is back as captain and Eva as her vice captain. The two of them work together well and the rest of the team follows their instructions without hesitation. After the third match Helga promotes Eva to the lightweight calcio storico team. Her teammates are all happy for her, but sad that they are losing one of their best players and their vice captain. She will miss them, but she has a lot to learn and want to move on as fast as she can.
A week later there is a knock on the door at about eight o’clock in the evening. Eva looks at Jana who only shrugs
