Aria's POV
Lectures just ended but for so many reasons, I choose to remain in my seat. In this same moment, I hear a distant chatters afar concerning me.
"She's the one, Alpha Lucien rejected mate." My body froze in place, my back glued still to the seat. I'm trying to distract myself from constantly scrolling through my phone, but all I seem to comes across is a gossip mill and trendy news about Mara's engagement.
I'm so certain me coming across another pop up news about Mara, I might loss it this time around. Just when I think I have had enough, I see a post of her flying around. It's a post showing off her rings with the caption.
