Aria's POV
"Argh." I let out a short scream, my hands holding my head in place. It feels like my heart could split into two. Tears pools down my check, warm and messy. I dip onto my bed, my mind replaying Lucien words. I can't believe he's really engaged to Mara.
"No, No. No. It can't be true." I say, doubting his own words over and over again.
'You're mine' his reassuring words from my dream echoes in my ear. The image of our lips locking, his finger grazing against my skin. I clutch my head tight, my eyes squeezes shut that I start to hurt. I'm need to block out those images, those words echoing in my ears, every damn moment I spent with him. But nothing seems to work, I'm slowly loosing my mind and it's all because of him. Why must it always be about him.
