Aria's POV
If someone did tell me Lucien will end up with me. I'd disagree, never did I think this will be my reality. But here I'm on a date with the guy I fell inlove with two years ago. Alpha Lucien Thane. Just his name alone causes a thousand butterflies churn up my stomach. My heart flips and my body yawn for him more than ever. I definitely should feel this way. Having him close, seeing his longing for me in his eyes.
I bite the inside of my lips, I need to keep my wild thought back. But what is even more interesting, a staycation after all of this. Someone please pinch me. I think I'm dreaming.
"So what do you think about it." Lucien voices cuts through my thought. Slowly, my glass leaves my lip.
"I think it's nice." I manage to say admist Lucien eyes slowly dragging unto me.
