CHAPTER 7 Dex drove his red pickup truck up the driveway and parked in front of his house, but he made no move to get out. Instead, he leaned back against the headrest. The blind date had surely been a strange one. He’d thought they would have had some privacy given the location of the table, but the town, in their effort to be encouraging, had disrupted the date.
