"What did you do?" I asked Nora as we stared at Silas and Asher who were walking towards us and laughing as though they hadn't been ignoring each other for the past few days.
"I was about to ask you what you did," Nora retorted as she turned to me in confusion. After our several failed attempts to get through to both men, we decided to let them sort themselves out on their own time.
"Hello ladies," Asher greeted as they reached us and I tried but failed miserably to keep my eyes off Silas.
"How did this happen?" Nora asked as she waved her hand between Asher and Silas and they both shrugged.
