I then grabbed the green salad and started working on it by chopping it. Gregory watched me without saying a single word. As I finished chopping the salad, my timer went off. I took out my sheet pan with the potatoes and uncovered it. I went to the fridge to get the grated cheese and carefully covered each of the dishes with it before putting the sheet back in the oven for another fifteen minutes.
