Chapter six

"I feel that I love you as well, that this morning was amazing and that I would die for you. Before anything else happens, I want you to know how much I genuinely love you"?

I didn't get to hear his answer because I fell asleep.

The dream leaps never happened again, but Tamani did. He came into my dream and we just talked about nothing and everything.

The train stopped and we had to wake up. When we get off the train, were faced to face with the looking glass mirror. Tiana went in first, then Dimitri and then me and Tamani. Wow, wonderland is the most beautiful place I have ever seen. I hear Dimitri sigh a wow and see Tamani and Tiana grinning, but that doesn't last long as winged fairy creature with horns comes up to us and lands in front of Tamani.

"Thank god your back and with the princess and prince Dimitri as well, sorry to be impolite but they aren't evil too are they"?

Tamani shakes his head with a grim look.

"The prince and princess are here to help get rid of valentine once and for all".

The fairy creature claps its hands,

"Thank goodness, we cannot live another day under his perilous rule any longer. He's already destroyed the devil fairy kingdom and the vampire kingdom, plus the fairy kingdom. Valentine has nearly destroyed all of wonderland".

If any of them knew I'm planning on finding my father and talking to him, they would send me back to the human realm. I back away slowly, trying not to think as much as to not alert Tiana. Once I am a safe distance away, I start running but realise I have no clue where Valentine lives. I decide to ask the fairy creatures, but most of them say no or walk off. One of the fairy creatures says,

"I will take you to Valentine, but I must warn you that he is not a very nice man".

I nod my head and walk on; the fairy creature runs to keep up.

"My name is Andevai, I am Tamani clouds little nephew. Did he send you princess"?

I look down at the little fairy creature, he does look a lot like Tamani especially with the brown eyes.

"No Tamani didn't send me, I am going of my own free will and if you try and stop me, I will run. So, are you going to lead me to Valentine, or shall I go by myself"?

Andevai stares, probably contemplating weather to take me to Valentine or not. In the end he decided he should. Wise kid.

"Fine I shall accompany you to Valentine, but you mustn't tell uncle because he will go bonkers and I've already made him regret coming after me last year. I just don't want to disappoint him anymore than I already have".

I feel sorry for the kid, it'd be my fault if he disappoints Tamani this time.

"Well maybe after you have pointed me in the direction of Valentines castle, you can tell Tamani where I am heading. Will that help"?

He looks unsure, but instead of saying it wouldn't help he nods. The rest of the journey we walked in silence.

Once we are a valley away from valentine's castle, Andevai stops.

"This is as far as I can take you princess, but before I leave, I would like a small price in return of bringing you this far".

My mind goes blank, I have no price that I can give him. I don't have money on me and the only I brought with me is the clothes on my back.

"I have no price that I can give you, but if it is something that I can give you then please name it".

He doesn't answer right away, and his silence reminds me of Tamani, I feel a slight sting in my chest for running off on him like that; but I need to know the truth.

"What is your name, Tamani is always talking about you but it's always princess this and princess that. Not once has he mentioned your real name".

Is he serious? All he wants is my name? well okay.

"okay then, my real name is Rosette lightwood".

He smiles so much like Tamani that I can't help but smile.

"Pleased to meet you princess Rosette lightwood, it was a pleasure to walk with you. Now I must really hurry back, bye".

He starts running back the other way. So, I'm now on my own heading up to a villain's castle, who also happens to be my dad hooray. I sit down to take a break but remember that Andevai has gone to go get Tamani and the others.

I get back up and start walking again, after a while I remember something that would've helped from the beginning. I can use my wings to fly to the castle. It takes some getting used to, but in the end, I managed to figure it out. It doesn't take me to long to get to Valentine's castle and There are guards everywhere.

"You can't go in, who are you"?

Is that meant to be a trick question? But he doesn't look he's joking.

"My name is Rosette lightwood; my mother is Emma Jane lightwood, and my father is Valentine Belikov".

The guards stare at me confused, then they send in the guard with black hair. Most likely checking if I am his daughter, so I wait. When the guard comes back, he is with another man. From what I can see, he is a bit younger than the guard. He comes up to me.

"So, you're the girl who claims to be my daughter, Rosette lightwood"?
