PERFORMING ON HOME ice was hard for Katie. The show wasn’t at their rink of course, but they were back in their chosen city, performing for a crowd that had rooted for them since she was sixteen. These people had shown up to watch her and Brendan at gala events and tour performances for more than a decade, including through defeat, while they were with other partners, when they were attempting their comeback, and now, finally, in victory.
