Sawyer sat up beside Elizabeth when he was sure that she would not wake up, but he couldn’t bring himself to move from her side when she reached for him in her sleep. He found it comforting; he didn’t want to feel like she was helpless without him, but he had been worried that she was not happy with him and the fact she was affectionate like this even in her sleep was reassuring to him.
