“Are you f*****g kidding me?!”
A tall man slammed his fist down on a metal desk top in anger. When he pulled his hand back the desk was almost completely in half.
“I’m sorry sir. The attack came out of no where. She killed Malcolm with ease. I-“ The old man was cut off
“Listen here and listen good Sipher!” The tall man grabbing him by the collar of his shirt. “You will find girls for the island or I’ll make sure YOU end up like Malcolm! I don’t care what it takes!”
“I- Y-Yes, yes sir.” Sipher quickly replied.
“Did you happen to see any of her features? Anything different from the last attack?” Hunter asked calmly
“Her hair sir. It’s black. She didn’t bother hide it. She was about medium build with a womanly figure and moved like-“ Sipher paused “like one of us. You don’t think?”
Hunter shook his head. He knew she was human from the last attack. One of his men had told him he knew it was a humans scent.
The tall man sat back into his chair looking back at him. His eyes where bright green like those of a cat. His hair was red, almost too red to be natural. He was handsome even for a vampire.
He was perfect.
He was the devil himself.
“Get out.” The tall man screamed
“Yes Hunter” Sipher said and quickly shuffled out the door quickly.
Hunter slumped in his chair looking down at his desk that he had destroyed.
The human has been a reoccurring problem for Hunter, already ruining three trades within a month as well as killing two his best traders.
Since his last island went down in flames after another slayer ran off with one of his men it had been difficult to move and rebuild.
Hunter despised humans. He had little regard for anyone other than himself but he hated sharing a world with humans most.
Hunter ran his fingers through his hair. He looked to be in his mid to late twenties with a breathtaking crooked smile.
At the moment, Hunter was tired. He grabbed his phone and made a call.
“The Lights, two am sharp and you better not be a minute late.”
He hung up the phone and fixed his tie. It was time to take care of this human problem once and for all.
It’s 2am. Hunter sits in a VIP booth as another man approached him smiling ear to ear.
“Hey Boss, you’re looking as sharp as ever tonight.”
“Just sit down and shut up Damien.” Hunter said impatient
Damien sat down. His hair was a dirty blonde and eyes a honey brown he looked young maybe fifteen or sixteen.
“Why did you ask for me?” He asked impatiently “I was seriously about to get some fine ass-“
“Damien!” Hunter cut him off “I have a problem that I need you to take care of. There seems to be a human in the area targeting any small groups of vampires. I need this human to go away immediately.”
Damien smirked wickedly
“What exactly do you want me to do Boss?”
“Make an example out of this one.” Hunter flashed his fangs with a smile and Damien knew exactly what to do.
“You have until Saturday, tomorrow night at midnight.” Hunter said with a grin
With that Damien took off into the city lights.
Hunter sat back with a drink and a smile. Damien was his best hunter he would have the human by the next day and he knew it.
