Cassandra POV
“Cassandra”, I look up, my eyes meeting his. I am not able to understand if I heard him right. He is making me a leader of a group of 7 squires. He calls out the name of seven squires who would be in my group. One of them is Prince Cedric. I turn around to look at him.
Everyone is looking at the teacher except me. I mouth at Prince Cedric “Did he say my name?”, I don’t know if he is able to understand me or not but he nods his head with a smile.
I could see few upset looks thrown towards me and I just shrug my shoulders.
I turn back again as the teacher continues with the announcement.
“The three groups will be sent to the forest”, I feel a sudden pain in my chest hearing the words. As I stumble, I try to focus back on his words.
