The heavy iron doors of the dungeon made a creaking sound as they swung open. The air inside was damp and smelled disgusting. I tried to plant my feet on the floor as I turned around to beg one last time, but the guards were too strong. They dragged me down the stairs, and my knees scraped against the hard edges of the steps when they shoved me down roughly. "Please," I sobbed. "You’ve known me my whole life, you know what I am capable of doing.." The guards didn't say a word as they roughly pulled me.
