He read the letter one more time before slipping it into the envelope, grabbed a cloak that completely shielded him, and then marched outside.
The rain was coming down in a drizzle so he grabbed his horse and quietly led it away into the night, his mind still occupied with what he'd discovered tonight.
Caden was not just his Alpha. He was his greatest friend, he considered the man his brother. But lately, he wasn't sure what was going on in Caden’s mind, and that terrified him.
He was the closest to him so how could he not know that Rhea was his mate—this left a knot at the pit of Fenri’s stomach, not that Rhea was Caden’s mate, but the fact that Caden hadn't told him.
If Caden had hidden an important factor like that from him, then what else could he be hiding?
