As Flare got back to my condo unit, she went on fixing what she’s going to need for her work tonight but she suddenly stopped moving. Flare took a seat onto the edge onto her bed since she felt a bit dizzy. “Again…” Flare mumbled to herself before looking at the clock on her bedside table. Flare stood up from her bed carefully before looking at the window and she saw some clouds were turning grey and some were partially white. “Seems like Ash was right about the weather tonight.” Flare said before heading to her bathroom to change since it was getting late. After some refreshment to herself, she immediately took her things needed for her work when she heard something echoing through her head. ‘As the night unfolds the curtain, a shadow from a long time ago will emerge from its slumber…’ Hearing those words again, she looked at her wrist to see if there’s anything happening to it but none until she looked on her right. There she saw a sharp arrow marking her hand and the body was crawling and wrapping around her arms to her shoulder. ‘Taking what it possesses, making the heat radiate into ashes…’ As she heard the second line, the marks between her left wrist and her right arms began to radiate in heat which she couldn’t contain anymore. It was too hot that made her dizzy and making her pant. Flare fell on the floor in her living room as she tried to control the hot sensation crawling under her skin. Then along her scream, a bursting flame came out and ate everything it touched. Her surroundings turned into such flames that put everyone in the condo alarmed.  “If I am going to die now...let me be with my grandmama.” Flare thought as the last teardrop fell from her eyes. At the same time of the panicking around the condo, a sudden thunder and lightning began to make a scene in the clouds that exactly made an artifact vanished with no trace at all. Meanwhile at Flare’s condo unit, the fire were all over the place and no human can survived it. But as the unconscious body of Flare suddenly filled with a mystical scent of spring waterfalls and flowers. It was like forming into a barrier to keep her from getting more damaged from the fire. As the scent swirling around her as her cloak, the markings onto her skin were getting more detailed and as for her body also began to change. From having a fair skin to pale white one and her hazelnut hair turned into pitch black. Flare’s body was still lifeless but it was healing slowly. ‘Then a cloak will protect its owner and only true sight can see where it is.’ As the fireman kept their job, the heavy rain began to pour down as if it was on que and the fire went out. It made the fireman and the police finally can investigate the cause of the sudden fire in one particular unit. When they were inspecting the burned unit, Flare’s body was unnoticed by them. “What a disaster.” One fair fireman said while searching the entire room of Flare. “Found anything?” another fair police officer asked while looking around as well. “No sir. I guess the person who lives here wasn’t on the time where the fire started.” Fireman answered the policeman. “I see, but can you tell me what’s the cause of the fire?” the fair policeman asked the fireman. “That's the thing we're still trying to find out.” The fireman responded then went back on his work while the policeman kept looking around the room and still nothing though he felt something was indeed off with the room. “I think I better call them.” The policeman said as he took his phone out to call out for some experts on dealing with such unexplainable things for them to deal with. ‘Hello this DIP, how can we help you?’ “Hello, this lieutenant Josh, can you send someone to my fire scene as quickly as you can.” The policeman said to the other line. ‘Of course Lieutenant Josh, just send us your coordinates and we will be right there.’ “Okay thanks.” The policeman said then he hung up to message them about the location of the fire scene he just said. Few minutes later, one black van came, then four people in unique black suits came out and went to meet the policeman. When the policeman met those people, he immediately told them the story they’ve gathered around the tenants at the condo. “But to tell you this, this particular room felt something was off.” The policeman said as he took these four people in the location at Flare’s room. Without second thought they began on searching since they also felt it. The energy lurking around the toasted and black dusty room. It was too strong for them not to notice that something was indeed happened in that room. One lady with a charm and fair person walked around the burned scene but the she noticed something around the couch and the fallen cabinet. She went there to check if her hunch was right. As she kneeled down to the dust floor, she saw the flow of ashes and dust that was formed into bow and arrow. But what caught her attention that it was untouched by any flame which made her look around. Everything was burned down apart from it. She went closer to the fallen cabinet and she found herself smiling. “Like I thought there was something in you…” The charming and fair lady said with a familiar smile toward the lifeless but healing body of Flare. She stood up to talk to the policeman to let them take care of it from there and on. The policeman wanted to know what they found out but he didn’t push it since in those man’s rules not to let outsiders know what they were dealing with. The policeman let them do their jobs and left them on their own. As the policeman left with the others, a man patted their leader. “She’s our new recruit and was something since the first time I saw her.” their leader said to her men. “Not just that, it seems like she was connected to this bow and arrow.” Another man chuckled while pointing at the bow and arrow. “Wait, I think I know what that is.” A petit girl with and eyepatch said as she looked at the bow and arrow. “What do you mean about that?” the last man asked while his arm crossed. “I thought it was just a legendary rumor from then…” the girl said with a surprised voice when she learned the legend was true. “That’s the Piercer.” Their leader said which made them gasped since it’s very dangerous artifact from an old time. “Let’s take her to our custody before others will. So wrap out.” The charming and fairlady, their leader said and carried her like a bride. They wrapped up their things and left no trace of any magical energy or spots for the other six senses people might have located.
