As Flare heard those words, she looked at the tattoo that suddenly appeared on her left wrist which looked like a bracelet with an arrow that almost reached on her index finger. She stroked it lightly which she felt a tingling sensation passing throughout her body making her almost moan. “Geez, what’s happening to me - I mean, seriously…” Flare groaned while still sitting on the floor. Looking far away from her reality, Flare felt another strike of heat begin radiating again inside her body. It was burning her to the core but the heat was not painful this time, it was more like pleasing or just giving her comfortable warmth. But as she was feeling it, she heard a loud beating of drums like a heartbeat. ‘Be ready as the night unfolds the curtain of your new life.’ “New life? Seriously, why am I hearing things?!” Flare complained and stood up from the floor but she suddenly felt a pang inside her head like she was smacked on the back of her head. ‘Be ready. Things will be answered as it has to be done.’ “Fine. whatever. Just don’t disturb me at my work.” Flare groaned as she put her cold coffee on the sink and went out for clean-fresh air to breath in. Flare sighed while walking down the street as she thought to herself that she’s going insane but as she sigh got heavy, one chuckling voice rang through her ear. She looked to her right side and she saw the same fairlady from the restobar. “That’s a heavy sigh.” the fairlady chuckled which made her slightly blush out of her embarrassment. “Yeah, I’ve got a lot on my plate lately.” Flare replied flatly but never rude. “Work?” the fairlady asked her again. “Hm, maybe something more like me going insane or something…” Flare answered while trying to make fun of her situation. “Funny, you don’t like insane to me.” the fairlady commented which made Flare smile before sighing again. “Right but it also doesn’t mean that nothing’s bothering behind my head.” Flare said while looked so distant. “That's a tough call.” the fairlady agreed like she’s been through the same. “Yeah…I’m Flare and you are?” Flare introduced herself to the fairlady next to her. “Call me Ash.” the fairlady answered which made Flare studied her. “Not your real name…” Flare said then looked the other way. “Nope, not really but that’s what they call me.” Ash, the fairlady cleared to Flare which she only nodded in understanding. Their conversation died but its a good silence between them till they both reached the park and took a break there. “Flare, in your problem, I think its better to listen to it before you think what you’re going to do then make it work.” Ash finally break the ice which caught Flare’s attention since she’s having a point. “Like seeing the end of the tunnel whenever I choose something to do.” Flare chuckled since she got it. “I think so. But well, it always its up to the person who’s dealing with it.” Ash chuckled as well just to lighten the mood. “Well to be honest Ash, I think I am hearing voices in my mind.” Flare stated which made Ash looked at her carefully. “Is it harmless or worse?” Ash asked with her curious and puzzled tone. “Harmless but it also not? Well, it sounds crazy, so don’t mind it.” Flare waved her hand to let it go the conversation but Ash didn’t. Ash felt that Flare wasn’t just carrying a typical problem like everybody does but something more and she wanted to hear clearly from her. “Flare, tell me. I’ve been through a lot of crazy stuff that doesn't bother me much like before.” Ash state which made Flare sigh while nodding. “Fine. Those voices were giving me warmth but it also gave me chills like something was about to happen or something was about to wake up inside of me. But I can’t figure out why or how or even when this happen to me.” Flare said while thinking since when it occurred to her. She might know but don’t understand why it has to be her. “I mean, it just happened recently but I don’t when it's inside of me or why it has to be me? I don’t get that stuff and not to mention, I am afraid of this.” Flare continued which made Ash put her hand onto her shoulder.  Flare looked at her and when their eyes met, Flare felt it again. The warmness and chills at the same time which made her quiver. “Flare, don’t let it take you.” Ash said with such care and Flare felt it. “But it's waking up.” Flare quivered which made her hold Ash’s arms tight. “What is waking up?”Ash tried to look deeply inside Flare’s eyes. “I don’t know. I don’t get it. Looking at you like this - I mean, eye to eye, I can feel them again. Those warmness and chills, making me weak.” Flare kept shaking in front of Ash which making Ash worried but at the same time she saw something else, strength. “Flare, its you. Take it. Make it yours. Own it.” Ash stated while looking straight into Flare’s eyes. “What are you talking about?! It’s scaring me!” Flare started to tear up because of the heat and chill was getting into her. “YOU’RE YOU! So take it. Make it yours. Own it.” Ash snapped Flare from her raging thoughts and emotions. Flare looked in pain which made Ash pull into her arms. Soothing her which made Flare cry for the first time since weird things started to happen to her. As Flare cried into Ash’s arms, she noticed something radiating inside of Flare. Ash smiled as she knew that Flare was indeed something else. “Flare, whatever is happening inside of you, always remember you’re not alone. You might have something that others didn’t have but you’re still you. And you also got me.” Ash whispered to Flare which made her even more calm. Flare nodded as she wiped her tears away in front of Ash who was now smiling at her. But to Ash, she found a beautiful gem that she needs to take care of. “Well, thanks for listening to my weirdness.” Flare chuckled which made Ash laughed while shaking her head. “Its nothing. Like I said, I’ve been through a lot of weird stuffs before.” Ash smiled at Flare. “We better get going, I have laundry to take care of plus its going to rain tonight.” Ash said while looking up to the clear sky. “Rain? How did you know?” Flare asked while chuckling as they began to walk out from the park. “Intuition, I guess?” Ash said. “Right.” Flare agreed but when she felt Ash hand onto hers, she looked back at her. Flare was puzzled on why Ash held her hand tightly and the look on her face was serious though she was smiling. “Flare be careful tonight, weird stuff was about to happen under that rainy and full moon night.” Ash warned her calmly. “Okay?” Flare puzzled but somewhere within her, she knew that Ash was telling the truth about tonight’s mood. “Well, laters.” Ash said before she let go and went off.
