Week 1 How to create initial outline/My story outline

there is a 12years old boy named black when he was walking around the corner then there's suddenly an old man bump into him and said pls give me food. the old man was pitiful so black said 

"wait I will buy you food"

 then black hurriedly find food and then he saw a bakery he bought two pieces of bread and go to the old man hurriedly give to the old man, the old man eat it fast then black said 

"don't eat it fast old man you're gonna choke if you hurriedly eat the bread."

"shut up! you rude brat!"

 black thinks the old man is rude on his mind. the old man said "I know what your thinking, you better stop thinking rude thing kid"

black was surprised and started to think

 ("what! can he read people now I understand because he always read on people's minds that's why he is in this state now!")

 black said it in his mind. suddenly the old man said "

didn't I tell you better stop thinking some annoying things you rude brat! I am done eating I will tell you about your future"

 "black says why are you gonna read my future?"

the old man replied it because you give me food maybe someone will say that I am an ungrateful old man

 I will predict you're future you should be grateful you rude brat because I never easily predict the future from someone else easily

black give his hand to the old man and then old grab his hand and read his future from his hand the old man was surprised by his future, the old man said to him 

"you will continuously reborn and reincarnate and suffer the only to break from this fate is to fight against fate and heaven"

 will the old man say it with a serious face after the old man said it after that black hurriedly takes his hand hurriedly walks away and said to his mind what a weird old man I will never meet him ever again after black walks away the old man said 

"What an interesting destiny what will you gonna in that destiny of yours?

fours years later black became 16years old and got hit by a truck and was reincarnated in the samurai world. when black opened his eyes 

"where I am whats this unfamiliar ceiling? arent I got hit by a truck
