“Alex, wake up!” I straddle my enormous bear of a...whatever he is to me - I don’t dare to say boyfriend, but he is definitely something. It doesn’t matter. I place my hands on his cheeks. “It’s time to get up and eat breakfast, big guy! We have been in bed forever. It’s getting boring!”
Alex chuckles underneath me, making me vibrate until he finally stops and just squints up at me. “Ah, so you’re one of those annoying-as-hell morning people. Makes sense.”
I roll my eyes at him and poke his cheek. “You love it. Now come on, let’s go get some food.” I climb off of him and head to the kitchen, knowing he is following me.
