Chapter 20The Fortress
I pierce the air like a bullet through paved streets and tree-lined avenues. I dodge with agility every object or person that comes in front of me. I don't care about the astonished faces of those I meet, they are only blurred spots, reflected images of a foreign world. The luminous path that shows me the direction skims the road surface and shines with an unnatural light that winds and twists on itself.
