I couldn’t believe what the goddess had just said “No..I can’t let my child die!” I yelled angrily, placing my hands on my stomach “Please..don’t let it die”
“Who said your child has to die?” She asked whilst her essence filled the air, I paused to listen. “I said the life force of your child, she is connected to me and for the ritual to be complete, her imminent ties with me must be sacrificed to save both your lives” she explained.
