"If any of you try something, I'll kill her on the spot." Bane spits out before walking back into the forest. Someone picks me up and throws me over their shoulder. I look up and can see through teary eyes that everyone wants to move but they can't. I look down and sigh in defeat.
They're safe now. That's all that matters.
My head snaps up as I hear a loud growl before I feel the person carrying me being tackled to the ground. I fall out of their grasp and roll across the ground, hitting a tree. I groan in pain before attempting to stand up. I look up and am shocked to see Beau and Theo fighting the group. I hear more growls approaching before Skylar and them return. I smile before standing up. I ignore my throbbing back, before running at another witch.
