"I don't know." He stated, looking broken as he turned his head to Payton. "Liar!" I yelled, running towards him but was caught by Adrian. I struggled in his grip, wanting to claw out each and every single pack members eyes. I was supposed to protect my boys, but I didn't. It's all my fault. I sent them away when we were in our room, Payton could still be alive had I not done that. Its all my fault- "Look!" Someone screamed, causing my head to snap over to an older man who couldn't be more than 50 years old. His eyes were wide and he was pointing over to Payton. I held my breath as I looked him over, hoping that man saw anything to give me hope. No one breathed as we watched, everything was silent. And there it was. His hand twitched slightly but it was all I needed to run over to him
