Levi made a pained noise and Diane gave Tryson a questioning look.
He chuckled. "Levi here is the reason the humans found Thana. He's the only ancient Chimera that we know of—"
"You know that was an accident!" Levi hissed and his lower lip pushed out.
"Don't worry, friend," Tryson chuckled, "I won't raise it again in front of the others. I just think Diane will enjoy the story. I'll tell her another time."
"Story?" Diane asked.
Then Tryson turned to meet her eyes, his own sparkling. "Levi is a Sasquatch," he said, his voice brimming with both awe and humor.. "So, just in case you were wondering, they are real."
