Lilly stares at Bruno as he explains everything. His eyes filled with such pain. Green eyes, the only characteristic he and Ben does not share. Those eyes that took away her breath the first time they met. How am I going to get over this Lilly says to herself? And after he killed our parents, I send him to the psych hospital. I just wanted to forget about him, forget what he did. And that is why I didn’t want to tell you; Bruno finishes his story. I’m so sorry Lilly. Its ok Lilly says, not knowing what the proper response to his confession is. Where is he now? Where he will never hurt anyone again. Lilly frowns. His dead Lilly.  Tears form in Lilly’s eyes. No baby please don’t cry. He deserves to die; he took the life of our child. Bruno pulls Lilly in his arms. I know I can’t bring Jason back, but he can never hurt you again. Lilly just nods, not being able to say anything. The doorbell rings, that’s Jane Bruno says. I’ll send her up and give you guys some space.

Oh Lilly, Jane storms in her room tears already falling from her flushed cheeks, I’m so glad you're ok. Who would have thought Bruno has a sadistic twin brother. You know when I heard you lied to the hospital and said you fell down the stairs, I was plotting on killing him. Lilly now with a smile on her face. No Lilly seriously, you will be amazed what s**t you find on google. Lilly now with a full-on laugh, the first time she really wanted to laugh. It’s not funny Lilly why are you laughing Jane asks annoyed. Well, you see, I know what s**t you find on google because I was plotting the same. Jane and Lilly laughing full on now. So, what was the deal with the brother anyway. You see Ben wanted to revenge because Bruno put him in the psych hospital, Lilly starts explaining the whole story. What a psycho Jane says after a while of talking and explaining everything. I’m glad he’s six feet underground and well that it was not by our hands, they both laugh. u will be ok Jane says and pulls Lilly in a warm embrace. Come let me do your hair. Oh, Jane I don’t feel like it. I am not taking no for an answer. Jane carefully fixes Lilly’s hair and puts a little make up on. There, let's get you something decent to ware. Jane please, I’m at home. Come now, you can’t walk around like this all day feeling sorry for yourself. Mom and Dad is driving a long way to see you today. The doorbell rings, mom and dad is here Jane says excited. They go downstairs Lilly’s face lights up as her parents walk in, they embrace, there now, you are such a strong woman mom says.  Come, Bruno says, there is drinks outside. There is already a gathering, Lilly’s parents, her brother James, Alex, Jane’s husband Chris, and some work collages. Lilly smiles but feels a bit overwhelmed she didn’t expect a crowed, why are they all here. Bruno clings on a champagne glass and Lilly notices everyone has one. Oh, what’s this and she looks at Jane who is smiling from ear-to-ear Lilly now realizing why Jane insisted on dressing her up.  Bruno walks over to Lilly with two champagne glasses and puts in on the table next to her. He takes her hands and kisses her knuckles. My love, you have been through so much this last two weeks. I thought I was going to lose you forever. Bruno kneels on one knee, and tears spring from her eyes. Lilly Brown, I love you with all I have in me, I want to spend the rest of my life with you, will you do me the honor to become my wife and he presents her with the ring he has been carrying in his pocket forever.

There is silence you can almost hear how everyone holds their breath waiting in anticipation for Lilly’s t answer. Lilly stares at Bruno now having a drop of sweat on his forehead. He looks her in her eyes. Those eyes that feel like they can see into her soul. Yes, she whispers. The crowed breathes out and a hand of applause fills the air, cheering and whistling. But Lilly and Bruno are in their own world of happiness. Bruno slips the ring on her finger and stands in front of her exalting. I love you so much Lilly says, tears now streaming down her face. And I love you, and I will always love you forever.
