The funeral

She sits on her bed with baby's clothes spread out in front of her.  She is humming a baby la la bay while dressing a stuffed bear and wrapping it like a baby. Hush little Jason don't you cry...she sings with an aery smile on her face she sings as if to a real child. Yes, Jason suits you my darling mamma loves you very much and she kisses the bear.  She hears footsteps coming up from the stairs and she knows it Bruno.

Come Jason, mommy must hide you from the evil monster, quick hide under the bed.  And she puts the stuffed bear under the bed.  Bruno swings the door open. Why aren't you dressed yet? He says in a soft caring tone. She stares at him blankly, no expression or emotion shown on her face. Jeez, we are going to be late Lilly please. He puts his hand on her shoulder to embrace her in a hug.  His touch makes her skin crawl, a sickening feeling starts to from in the put of her stomach, violently she pulls away from him and screams at him at the top of her lungs.  KEEP YOUR DISGUSTING FITHY PAWS OF ME YOU PIECE OF s**t!

He stands back in shock, he has never heard Lilly shout or lose her temper. He decides to retreat and just before he goes out the door he says in a soft voice.  I'm sorry about our baby.  I was excited to become a father, to share a child with you.  I am also hurting Lilly. And he disappears down the stairs. She now just sits staring into nothing huffing with fury and trying to comprehend his genuinely honest word. How is it possible that this is the same man that brutally attracted her and murdered her child be so sincere right now... she thinks by herself.  He is responsible how can he be hurting. And then her dark thoughts come again, he is going to be sorry soon just wait and see. And an evil dysfunctional smile lights up her face.  At the funeral everything is breath taking beautiful Bruno went all the way.  White roses and white tiger lilies are the main flowers used, tiger lilies being her favored she approves how everything was decorated.  Jason’s little white coffin are being descended into the ground.  How awful how unfair, please God give me strength to get through this she prays a soft prayer. Lilly stayed very detached from everyone and mostly trying to be unemotional like she didn't have any more tears to cry. But in her head, she was having a battle with herself. To kill or not to kill is a sentence she mantras to herself every couple of minutes. They are now back at church and everyone has dished some treats from the food tables. The woman whispered under each other, She hasn't cried once today a friend of my sister says, I think reality hasn't hit her yet, another says. Unfortunate thing, I wish there were a way to make her feel better another says. You can help me kill Bruno... Lilly says to herself while now staring at the three woman who has now turned crimson red and try to look anywhere but al Lilly’s now death stare.  As Bruno walks towards Lilly, she imagens launching herself at him and stabbing him with the cake fork in his eye and she c***s her head to one side imagining him screaming in pain while blood oozes from his eye. Her thoughts have become so dark and scary since she learned her baby was murdered.  Lilly let's go home honey, Bruno says eyes red from crying all day, as he reached out to touch her shoulder she shrugs away and the words from this morning echoes in Bruno’s mind and he retreats his hand. She stays noticeably quiet all the way home. In her mind she plays all kinds of evil disturbing scenarios of how to kill Bruno, the man who took away the one thing she wanted more than live itself.  He will pay with his life she says to herself. I want to watch him bleed out while looking him in the eye.  I want him to feel fear and I want him to beg for his life and then I will end him, she says to herself.  At home Lilly jumps out of the car, up the porch to the front door.  Bruno hates it when Lilly walks unattended when they arrive home.  He always says you never know if a robber is waiting for you to unlock your door, but she doesn’t care.  Annoyed with Lilly Bruno quickly follows her into the house and disarms the alarm. Lilly goes straight up to their room and Bruno just stares at her making her way up the stairs.
