The person who came over was not Solomon, but his assistant, Kingston Simpson instead.
Kingston said to Jocelyn, "Hello, Miss Marshall. I'm Kingston, President Yarbrough's assistant."
Jocelyn nodded.
She subconsciously glanced at Solomon, who was in the car. The man's eyes were fixed on the front without looking at her.
She felt some bitterness in her heart suddenly.
It was not unusual for a superior man like Solomon to not speak to a nonentity like Jocelyn. Moreover, he assumed that she had schemed to seduce him back then.
He would only ask his assistant to transmit the message.
"Mr. Kingston, are you going to ask me about my son, Benjamin?" Jocelyn asked directly.
"Yes, Miss Marshall. President Yarbrough has already found out that Benjamin is his child. Now, he is going to take Benjamin back to the Yarbrough family. After all, he is the descendant of the Yarbrough family. I hope you can understand this, Miss Marshall."
Although she had already expected that, Jocelyn's heart felt like it was being sliced open when Kingston said this.
Benjamin was the child that she had raised for four years. He was the only person she could rely on. However, someone wanted to take the child away.
Endless pain swept over Jocelyn.
Perhaps, Jocelyn would refuse without hesitation if nothing had happened that day.
Even if she knew that she could not fight against the powerful Solomon, she would do everything she could to protect her own child.
However...
She knew that Benjamin had been feeling aggrieved for a long time, and that the kids in the kindergarten were ridiculing him for not having a father.
She had witnessed the arrogance of Mason's family.
Without the help of Solomon, she couldn't fathom what would have happened to her and Benjamin.
Besides, she noticed the envy and desires in Benjamin's eyes when he saw Solomon's black Bentley.
She finally admitted that although she had tried her best to give the best care to her child, it was still far from enough.
Benjamin needed a father, a man who could provide him with a stable and better life!
Jocelyn held back the pain in her heart. She lowered her eyes and her long eyelashes trembled slightly, "I agree, but you have to agree to my requests as well."
A minute later, Kingston bent over and entered the car.
"President Yarbrough, Miss Marshall has allowed you to take Young Master back," Kingston said respectfully.
There was no change in Solomon's expression.
All of this was within his expectations.
Jocelyn was a woman who had schemed to get onto his bed in exchange for benefits. She had gave birth to a child just to get some benefits in the future.
His voice was calm, "How much money does she want? Just give it to her."
Kingston felt a little awkward and coughed lightly to cover it up, "President Yarbrough, she didn't mention money. Miss Marshall wants to have three months' time with the Young Master, and that she can often visit the Young Master in the future."
A ripple flashed across Solomon's eyes. "Is this her only request?"
"Yes, President Yarbrough."
This was beyond Solomon's expectation. He had thought that Jocelyn would ask for money.
After a while, he parted his thin lips slightly, "I agree. Ask her to come and live in the Yarbrough Mansion for three months."
When Kingston told Jocelyn to stay in the Yarbrough Mansion along with Benjamin for three months, Jocelyn refused immediately.
She didn't want to go to the Yarbroughs...
She just wanted to spend a few months together with Benjamin in her small house.
Kingston was in dilemma, "Miss Marshall, President Yarbrough said that you must stay in the Yarbrough Mansion."
Jocelyn clenched her hands tightly, "I've promised to give Benjamin to him. Can't he fulfill my only request?"
