The Empress Is Searching

Because of Kleila

Kleila visiting the Empress became a regular thing and no longer where the guards, maid, people in the palace baffled by her constant presence, but they're now baffled by her constant visits to the Empress and just like that, whispers which lead to gossips begin to flow everywhere, including Prince Wuji's ears.

That day Wuji stormed into the palace, no longer was he giving the Empress space like she requested. He is furious with jealousy and kept forming in anger with the thought, no wonder this, no wonder that.

No wonder she told him she couldn't forgive him.

"No wonder she kept saying no that she doesn't want me anymore, I should have known!." The only son of King Seo Mu-Hak muttered to himself angrily and immediately his wagon halted in front of the palace third entrance, his guard jumped down and rushed to his side to help him but he slapped his hands away and got down by himself then he began to walk towards the Empress chamber furiously.

When he got there, the Empress guards there told him that she isn't in and also where he can find her.

He stormed off again but this time heading to the Empress study chamber, but when he got there, the Empress guards refused to let him in.

"Yan what's the meaning of this?." He asked the Empress head guard.

"Your Highness, the Empress isn't expecting you." Yan replied not moving an inch and also not looking at the Prince.

Prince Wuji began to yell at them after he told them that the Empress is indeed expecting him and they told him that the Empress gave them order not to let him in.

He pushed Yan but he didn't bulge and neither did the other guards. "Alright then." He said furiously and ordered his guard to get him a seat which they did and he sat down at the front door of the Empress chamber.

The Empress watched him from her chamber for a while and then got up from her mat when she realized that he wasn't going to leave. She came out and told the guards to let the Prince in.

The guards stepped aside and Prince Wuji entered inside with the intention of hugging the Empress but when his eyes met Kleila, he began staring accusingly at the Empress.

"You rejected me because of her?" He asked, pointing accusing fingers at Kleila and looking at her, his eyes full of anger and hatred that he felt for Kleila and then all of a sudden, he rushed to Kleila and almost slapped her but the Empress caught his hand.

She looked at him furiously. "I told you never to come here!"

Prince Wuji stepped two feet backwards and turned to look her in the eyes. "Because of her?" He asked in disbelief and then chuckled. "And I thought you just needed some time alone."

"Enough! I'm going to say this for the last time, I don't want to ever see you anywhere near me again!" The Empress yelled and dropped his hand in disgust. She looks so furious while looking at Wuji that one would think she would hit him but she didn't.

Immediately the Empress dropped the Prince's hand, he stormed out and went directly to Empress Dowager door mat and kneel, asking for permission to come in.
