By the time they went back home, everything was perfectly arranged. The two kids then waved their hands to each other and went back home with their nannies. Angela copied letters in her bedroom as usual and waited impatiently for her mom to come back home. Lena somehow was late today. Until the sky was totally dark, Angela finally heard the key sounds coming from the front door. She quickly got off the chair and ran to the front door. “Mommy!” The little girl ran to her mom with her little arms wide open. Lena picked Angela up with a big smile, and apologized to the little girl, “Good evening, sweetie. Mom’s so sorry for being late. Got a special client at the clinic.” She couldn’t help but lie.
