The British Army Camp...
"General, we have a message from the Chinese empire" a soldier announced behind the tent doors.
"Go on" a voice from inside the tent answered.
The soldier came in, but quickly turned around at the sight of the almost naked General who just finished bathing.
"Are you going to just stand there or read the letter?" The General roared feeling impatient.
The poor soldier shivered in fear because the General was known to be ruthless to both their enemies and even to her soldiers as well.
Then nodded his head before turning around and reading the letter aloud:
"This is a message from Emperor Lu Tang" the soldier read,
"We are giving you and your army one last warning to retrieve or else, we won't be blamed for what happens to both you and your army. You may have the skills, but we have the power" the letter has the royal stamp on it so there was no doubt that the Emperor wrote the letter himself.
After the Soldier finished reading the letter, he looked up to up at the General before mowing. The General gave out a murderous aura which made the soldier even more frighten than he already was.
After what felt like eternity for the soldier, the general snorted before asking.
"Who delivered this message?"
The soldier stammered before answering
"The Chinese Empire's messenger".
"Hmm... Is he still here?"
She asked the soldier in a low but audible voice.
"Yes, me and my men arrested him even when he said if anything happens to him, the Emperor will repay us ten times" the soldier said in an excited tune.
"Good... Bring him to me." The General ordered. The soldier was filled with joy because the General was pleased with him and his troops. He bowed before before leaving to fetch the messenger.
A few minutes later, the soldier arrived with the messenger.
"I want you to take a message to your Emperor" the General said while sipping tea elegantly.
"I only deliver messages for the Emperor" the stubborn messenger replied.
"I am a royal messenger not anyone's errand boy" he paused before adding "Let alone a woman."
"Hmm... I like your bravery" she say with a smug on her face before putting down her tea cup and standing up.
"You have no say here" she said as she walked to him.
Now standing in front of him, she ordered her soldier to lift him to his feet, then she looked at him with amused eyes and he starred back at her not intimidated by her when he really should be. She smirked then in a swift move she stabbed him with a knife in his guts.
"You really should have delivered my message. Tsk tsk. But no problem your dead body will" she said to the messenger before turning to her soldier. "Inscript this note on his body and send his body back to his Emperor." She handed the soldier a piece of paper before turning and walking away.
"Come back when you're done." She said before the soldier disappeared behind the curtains. She felt annoyed at the fact that a mere messenger talked rudely to her. Her tea was already cold which only added to her annoyance. Starring down at her hands in disgust because of the blood on her hand, she mumbled "I guess I have to take my bath again."
She took her bath again and dressed up before she was served another relaxing herbal tea. The soldier came in a few seconds after.
"Any message from the Captain?" She asked without looking at the soldier. "Yes General, he would be arriving before the sunsets."
"You may leave now." She told him.
