Hospital

I woke up to a beeping and light in my eyes. The room looked fuzzy and there was lots of voices in the room.

   "Will you all shut up. My head hurts." I muttered out slowly pushing myself up on the bed. "How long have I been out."

    "Rachel!" My father shouted running over to my side.

     "Dad shut up." I could slowly start making out voices and faces. "How long?"

     "Only a few hours. Samantha please call the doctor." I could see Sam nod and walk out.

     "You put up a good fight." Aron's voice ringed in my ears.

     "How do you know? You weren't there." I laughed.

     "I saw the after match though.I mean you managed to make holes everywhere." He laughed giving me a hug.

     "Dad I'm sorry I destroyed the house." I was now looking at a man who hadn't slept since 4am and had red eyes from crying I guess. He has always been an emotional type.

     "Is ok as long as you are alive." He ripped me away from Aron and pulled me into a hug.

     The door opened and Jake Scarlett walked in holding a phone. He looked up and his dull eyes just instantly sparkled as they landed on me.

     "Mr Black my father wants to talk to you." My dad released me and quickly grabbed the phone and walked outside.

     "So how is your arm." Aron asked gently, touching my arm.

     "I'm fine." Giving him a warm smile moving my eyes to prince Jake. "How come you are here." 

      But before he could answer Leonard barged into the room holding a box of chocolate. 

      "You are really awake." He walks up to me fast and hands me the box." Sam told me they're your favourite. "

      I grabbed the chocolates." Thank you." I gived him a long stare." Since when are you so close to Sam?" I could see a blush appear on his face.

       "Leo, let's check on where is Sam and the doctor." Aron said as he dragged embarrassed Leo out of the room. I was giggling seeing them leave.

        I looked at Jake who was leaning on the wall in the darkest corner of the room. He was staring at me with hunger and anger.  His ocean blue eyes were more electrifying than I ever saw which sent shivers down my back. I gulped, as I seen him biting his lower lip. God he is hot. His black buttoned up shirt fitted his muscles perfectly and  black jeans completed his hit look. Honestly he was looking like an angel of darkness.

       "You gone be staying in the castle after they discharge you." His voice made me shiver again in pleasure.

       "Why?" I gulped, as his stare intensified.

       "Because of what happened at your house. Plus you are the daughter of the 3th commander. You are quite important." I looked confused.

        "No, my father is the 5th commander." 

         "Not anymore. You know the call your father is on now?" I nodded." Well my father trusts your father more than anyone else so he gived him a higher position." I just nodded with a smile. 

        "Prince Jake." I started. His brow went up." Why are you here?"

      In this moment he took a step out of the shadows, he was now walking to me with an aura of power around him. 

       "Jake. Please. Stop there." I said as he was standing at the end of my bed.

        "Why?" His voice was low and dangerous as he ignored my pleading.

        "J-jake." I whispered as he got closer to my side.

        The door opened and some women walked in with Sam, Aron and Leo. All of them looked at Jake leaning on the wall like a meter  away from me.

        "Hello Miss Black. I will do basic checks." She smiled." Now everyone leave please." I was glad as that means Jake is not going to burn holes in my body with his stares.

        "Mrs Smith. I don't think so." Jakes voice was cold now.

        "But Mr Scarlett." She tries to talk to him but he is gived her murderous look making her shut up.

        "I will leave your new set of clothes here." Sam smiled at me before leaving the room with Leo and Aron.

      After checks and a long fight with Jake to let me change alone in the room and a few goodbyes with my friends, we are now on our way to the castle. Jake personally took us in his car. My father was sitting in the front and I took my seat in the back.

      The castle was massive. As we pulled up to the front I could see maids and butlers come out to meet us.

     "Welcome Prince Jake. Commander Dylan." All of them bowed their heads in respect as we stepped out of the car.

     "Rachel, I have some business to attend to." My dad said grabbing my shoulders.

     "Ok, I love you." I give him a peg on the cheek and he rushed off.

     "So, miss Darkwood please take our guests luggage to their rooms." She nodded and grabbed my bag out of my hand." And I will take our guest on a tour around the castle." As he said that I felt a strong arm wrap around my waist and pulled me closer to him. There was this smirk on his face again.
