Meeting Malachi

I loosen my tie now that everyone has left my office now that the meeting has ended. I hate wearing these monkey suits, but unfortunately, I have to since I am the owner of this company, King's Inc. This fine establishment is a state of the art security company that I have built from the ground up. This is my front for the human world because to us  in the supernatural world, I am actually king. To be taken as such, I have to have power in both human and supernatural worlds. I rule over all supernaturals, not just werewolves and lycans. I have lived many years and I still have not found my one true mate. I wonder if I am being punished by the moon goddess for being such a ruthless king. To hold such power, one has to be nothing but dominating and ruthless. I am fair to all my people and they serve me through respect, loyalty, and also fear. You need all three of those to be successful but because there are too many people that want to take my crown and because I cannot let that happen, I must also be ruthless. For I am the one true ruler as was my father and those before him. Royalty has been in my family for many many decades. We were all appointed by the moon goddess herself. I, Malachi King, is the one true king of all supernatural beings. I am the alpha of all alphas.

Moving back to the present, I move over to the couch in my office overlooking the magnificent view of none other than the beautiful state of Oregon. I am happy that we have moved our main office, or headquarters, to Oregon from New York. It was too suffocating to be in New York. That was where we originally built this company, but now that I am a nationwide company, I can move my HQ to wherever I want. My lycan can now run freely and have more space like he needs.

"Thank goddess for that!", shouts Zeus. "I know, i'm sorry you had to deal with being cooped up for so long. It was necessary to build our company, but now we are in a good place and now you can be free." 

Zeus is my lycan. Since he is the king of all supernaturals, he is a very dominant wolf. I like control and making sure s**t is handled and that is part of the reason for my meeting I just finished. I am now in Oregon, so I must meet those in this territory, that includes the owner of another very successful business, Savage Outlaws. I have ordered research to be done and my second hand, my beta, has gathered much information since this is the largest company owned by a she-wolf. Her name is Kalenah Dagon and she is a lone wolf, so I must meet her in order to guarantee she won't be a problem to me. When my beta, Garrett, looked up her past, he couldn't find anything past 10 years ago and that seems fishy to me. I suspect she might be hiding her real identity, which is very interesting. Because of these facts, I must meet her to establish dominance. 

Now that it is finally time for me to go home, I get my things together and head to the elevator to take me to the lobby where my driver is currently waiting. Since I am the King of all supernaturals, I have a royal security detail that escorts me wherever I need to go. The next destination being home. In the elevator, I check in with my secretary to make sure my next meeting is scheduled for tomorrow, my meeting with the lone she-wolf. She confirms it, so I am done for the day.

Once I get outside, I greet my driver as I climb into the range rover, "Hello Valerian. Home please." 

"Yes your majesty, hello as well.", greets my driver. 

We drive in silence as I don't really do small talk. It is only but a short time until I get to my penthouse since I don't live far from my company building. 

"Thank you Valerian. Have a good night.", I say as I climb out of the range rover as my personal detail is already out and waiting for me. They stay silent and do their jobs, which is fine by me. I am tired and do not feel like doing much chatting. I head up to my penthouse and head for the shower. I walk into my completely gold bathroom and start the shower. Once it is nice and hot, I climb in and let my day wash away. It is always relaxing to let the water fall down over my body pooling at my feet as it goes down the drain. After I clean up, I head out of the shower and put nothing but my boxers on. I head to my california king bed and climb into my golden, silky sheets and blankets. 

Since gold is the color of the royals, everything in my kingdom is gold. 

I check my phone once more to make sure there are no problems and once I see it is 10:30PM, I drift off into a dreamless night wondering what tomorrow will bring.
