Kumari was the incarnation of God who was bestowed upon to only one child of the elite Newars of the Kathmandu valley. When a kumari is about to hit her puberty the process of choosing the next Kumari is started and all the elite Newar family across the valley are informed. Then they send candidates to the Kumari's selection. Only the daughters born in an elite family and those who haven’t hit puberty are allowed to give the test to become the next Kumari. The girls then are called upon and are put under the sacred text of the Kumari. The girl who is brave enough and the girl who shows the most courage during the period of the test is chosen as the next Kumari and all arrangements of her education to daily living are made in the Kumari house. The selected kumari then lives in the same place for the rest of the year until she hits puberty. The feminist community and the human rights claim that the test is too harsh for children of such caliber but Newar have never given thought to change it as they are hardcore believers of their rituals and they believe that what their ancestors did was the true assessment of choosing a God.
He was wondering what he was doing in there, what was his purpose. Why was he there? He then again thought of he was in a dilemma of whether to return to his country or not? He was again in his own world. He was again in his mind. He was never been attracted to thoughts and mind before this but he is now fascinated by his own mind. He remembers his own imagination smiles a bit, giggles more, and thinks how amazing the world would be if everyone started to admire their mind instead of the thoughts that seek within others. He was attracted to the mind, his own mind. he was attached to his thoughts and all gain he was dissolving with what he was thinking. He loved what he thought and admired his own thoughts about things that may be foreseen by anyone else.
Talking about admiration and love. He once fell in love with this young girl in his college days. She was the junior in his college, but he loved her to the utmost limit i.e. limitless. While he was in that house of God and now he was remembering his old love. For some reason, there were not able to be together but he always remembers the time he had spent with her. It was the only memory with anyone he loved that was in his mind. He had never felt the love before. And when he felt he felt it as heaven. He was always in the clouds when he was with her. He made her the promises but all of them were broken by both of them. After all, promises are meant to be broken. If there are the things that get broken most in the world then they might be the promised one makes to the other. He was wondering what would have happened if they were still together till now, how would his days be spent. How well his life would have been. But even when they are not together he was happy as now he had someone to remember and the memories of the good time he spent with someone he loved.
