Chapter Three Sally drifted awake and the events of the previous night filtered through her mind. She knew she was in Drake’s apartments in Brighton, and that they’d arrived at about three in the morning. She’d been ushered into a room she couldn’t clearly remember getting to and told that they would speak in the morning. Exhausted, she’d fallen onto the bed without really taking in her surroundings.
