While they were being escorted to the DT, Zelah thought about Amasai's reaction to her. It seemed drastic and calculated. [He’s just a baby.] Then she thought about how he embraced Valin, another sign that pointed towards him belonging in Nethersigh. There were more than enough things weighing on her mind during their walk that she would have to comb through when she got home.
