Kabanata 2: Doomed

"Uy! anong problema mo yuna?" I looked at Monica then shook my head. Pagkatapos kasi ng nangyari sa amin ni Tyler ay mas pinili kong mag kulong na lang sa room ko kaysa sumabay pa sa kanilang mag swimming at mag saya sa labas. Like hello? ayokong mabwiset at makakita ng mga pangit at annoying creatures.
"Nothing.."
"I saw you." I immediately looked at Monica and was nervous.
"You saw me what?" She sighed before sitting on my bed.
"I saw you and Tyler.." I immediately looked back at the book I was holding which made her sigh again.
"I don't know how and when you two started your relationship–" agad akong umiling.
"We're not," I told her, and she was taken aback, so I sat down to tell her the truth. I trust Monica more than Issa since she is noisy and gossipy at times, but Monica is trustworthy at matataguan talaga ng sekreto. At hindi madaldal katulad ni Issa.
"So?" she said, as if expecting me to talk.
"It all started noong birthday ng kapatid ko Monica." She laughed after I told her everything.
"Kaya pala hindi siya mahanap nila Leo kasi nasa kwarto mo." saka kumuha ng unan ko at niyakap.
"So how was it?"
"What?"
"How was he? was he big? was he good in bed?" which made my cheek red.
Do I really have to?
"Y-yes" she chuckled.
"Grabe! I never expected this to happen! Hindi ako makapaniwala na may something na pala sainyo ni Tyler kasi you hate him diba?"
I used to despise him, but now I despise him even more because he's made me so hungry that I can't get enough of him.
He awakened a part of me that I had thought never existed.
"So anong plano mo?" saka siya tumayo at tumingin sa bintana which made me frown.
"What do you mean?"
"Wala kang plano na ilagay sa next level ang relasyon niyo?"
Wala naman atang plano si Tyler saka Wala naman kaming nararamdaman para sa isat isa.
"No, Tyler and I... we're in this kind of situation just for the sake of lust bukod doon ay wala na." Minsan napapaisip ako. What could have happened if it hadn't happened that night, I wonder? Will he be the same nerd I used to despise?
She sadly smiled.
"Are you sure? Wala ka bang nararamdaman kay Tyler?" agad akong umiling. He's handsome and has a hot body but..
"Wala."
"So Hindi ka nasasaktan na may kasamang iba si Tyler ngayon?" saka niya nginuso si tyler na seryoso habang kina kausap ang katabi niyang babae. Na kanina niya pa kasama. Napa hawak ako sa dibdib ko.
Do I like him?
I sighed.
Hindi ko alam.
"I.." napatingin ulit ako sa pwesto nila Tyler. Bago ibinalik ang tingin kay monica na nakatingin parin sa akin.
"I don't know."
I'm not sure why, but when I glanced at them again, my heart clenched. Monica just gazed at me and didn't say anything, which I appreciated.
When the evening came, I joined them for dinner.
"Oh, little sis, how are you doing? Monica said that you aren't feeling well." Monica winked at me as I stared at her.
"Kuya, I'm OK. I'm just not getting enough sleep." habang ngumunguya ay ramdam ko ang dalawang pares na mga matang nakatingin sa akin pero hindi ko na lamang ito pinansin at binigay ko na lamang sa pagkain ko ang buo kong attention.
"Overnight kayo diba?"
"Uh.. yeah?"
"Sabay na kayong tatlo na umuwi sa amin tomorrow." gulat na napatingin ako kay kuya leo.
"Wait what?"
"Because Laxus owns the private plane we boarded, you should all fly back home with us."
"That's a great idea!" napatingin ako kay Issa na nakatingin kay Laxus habang si Laxus naman ay walang pakialam kaya wala akong nagawa at pumayag na lamang.
"Aalis tayo after lunch bukas."
Pagkatapos kumain ay pumunta kami sa pa pool party ng resort at may mga bandang kuma kanta kaya
Excited na pumasok ako sa entrance at napangiti ako ng marinig ang malakas na tugtog na sinabayan ng sigaw ng mga tao.
"Wag kayong lalayo" Tumango ako agad kay kuya saka nag pahila kay Monica sa gitna ng crowd tawa kami ng tawa habang sumasayaw
"I like digging holes and hiding things inside them
When I grow old, I hope I won't forget to find them
'Cause I've got memories and travel like gypsies in the night?"
"And a thousand times I've seen this road. A thousand times.." nakangiti akong humarap kay monica
I freaking missed this!
"I've got no roots, but my home was never on the ground." Sabay kaming kumanta ni Monica habang nagdidirty dance
nang napagod ay inaya niya akong umupo
"Hey look! it's Tyler!" Napairap ako ng makitang kasama niya nanaman yung babaeng kasama niya kanina
"Malandi talaga tss" I heard Monica laughed
"Nagseselos ka no?" I laughed disgustingly
"Are you kidding me?" saka ako sumimsim sa alak na hawak ko
"Ako? si Yuna Madrid. Mag seselos? Bakit? I don't even..
like him" mahigpit na napahawak ako sa baso ko. Narinig ko naman ang pag singhap ni Monica.
"Oh nag hahalikan na sila.. I bet Tyler likes her too." then she looked at me as if she wanted to confirm something.
"So, what are you going to do? Will you just stare at them and leave them alone? Hahayaan m–" I didn't wait for her to finish speaking before I stood up
I'm not sure what Tyler did to me or why I'm feeling this way, all I know is that by the time I get close to their place, I'm doomed.
