*** Solana's POV ***

We walked out of the room to find Amelia with a large cup of coffee drinking it delightedly giving out smiles and small talk with a dirty blonde in reception ,the woman had a slight reddish color on her cheeks always trying to avoid eye contact.

Another female doctor comes behind Amelia hugging her from the back , Amelia putting her hand on the doctor's arms turning around to hug her im trying to catch her name tag but it's written in small scribbles.

In the same time elle gotten into a phone call with her boyfriend the conversation sounds heated because she's raising her voice annoyance laced on her face.

I just put the headphones that were around my shoulder , up to my ears pulling my phone out of my pocket playing 'fletcher-bitter ' with my eyes closed sitting on the side bench.

Ten minutes after I felt a hand tapping my shoulder elle in tears,her nose glowing red as ever.

"H-he broke up with me saying im not good enough for him" short breath's making her chest raising and falling rapidly"I hate myself "

I sighed in ordeal taking her in my arms "hey it's his los, doesn't mean you're not going to meet your shining emperor one day ,you need to learn to love and put yourself first before looking for a relationship "

She's now losing her mind, getting all gloomy and shadowy i hate men

"Hey"she looks up to my face my hands on her shoulders " Chin up ,eyes forward, past? let it perish"

She just nods in agreement and i tell her to go wait for me in the car so I can get myself together for whats coming ahead of me.

That moment Amelia's voice tripped me off guard "hey is your friend okay"she asked

Sighed for the millionth time" yeah she is , just boyfriend break up and all that...that"i gestured with my hands

She just nods in understanding i attempt to leave when her hand stops me"you know I'm an excellent listener, just in case "The ends of her mouth form a small smile

"Yeah , im holding on to that"i say before we go our separate ways.

Elle stayed at my place because she didn't want to feel lonely, we're watching tv cuddling like nothing comfortable than my body .

My phone rings, it's my mother"yes mom"

She sounds way different than usual she always sounded average and too harsh but i senced the happiness in her tone.

"Yeah miss you two— no I got elle with me—okay tell her I said hi"I hanged up to see elle wrapped up in confusion

"Who's her "curiosity dictates elle's visibility

I didn't see the need to tell her or even the impetus to come out to her I finally decided to get her on the right page.

"What's up sol what's going on"she asks impatiently waiting to know

"Fine — it's my mother's girlfriend —they went for a little vacation together"

She's speechless turning silent gesturing for me to come clean.

"Well I guess it's been happening for years after the divorce if I wasn't mistaken-she cuts me off

"Why didn't you tell me all of this you don't trust me or—

"It's Nothing like that Elle, you've been busy with your hotshot boyfriend you didn't seem wanting to be bothered so i didn't want to come off needy"

looking her straight in the eyes "you shouldn't read it as I don't trust you"

I take a deep breath she's quietly holding her tears She nods "I understand that but why we're you acting strange, even before at the bar that day— you left early"

"Well I didn't belong to be exactly comfortable to stay longer, and I wish i did" I sighed heavily going to the kitchen wanting the conversation to end by that
