Solańa's POV :

Just the same cold morning but with different directions,I woke up at 7 in the morning went for a jogging spree, and came home fully energetic somehow. I got ready for school the day went on lightly that i nearly felt bored yet i enjoyed the serenity of it. I later on went to check on Ellena.

I Glanced up because my book got blocked with a shadow,seeing her sent me a feeling of some sort. Amelia smiled at me before her smile faded once looking down at my sketch. It was a portrait of her. I gave out an innocent smile but she shook her head walking out of the room.

The time wasn't the most fun of games to ordinary people. For me i viewed time as the source that gives you the space to think of your actions and future steps,not saying you should linger on the later. Just know it lets you study every movement you enjoyed or hated. Thats why my mother likes to bother me with time,and how i need to make the most out of it,speaking of the devil - mother I mean.

"Hi sweetie how are you feeling today"asks my mother embracing my shoulders sideways

I put my hand on hers "im okay just waiting for her to wake up"they kept her under these strong meds for few weeks,the meds literally make her sleep 24/7 its insane.

She kissed my head and i stood up to hug her properly"thank you for being here mom she appreciates it"

"Dont sweat it honey,and im always here for both of you" she said running her fingers through my curls.

"How was school today?" Asked my mom as she texted someone on her phone.

I take my eyes to my sketchbook replying "it was fine "once i saw it was finished to my liking. I let it be

Aiden's POV:

* Observation area *

Walking heavily,aiming for nurse buket list,giggling at the thought,i took the patient chart saying "How are we doing today nurse bucket"ew I sound like a psychotherapist

"It's all well no post surgery altercations ribs are healing well,the leg too. We just switched her meds now waiting for her to wake up"

"Okay great thank you let me know if something comes up"i said walking down to the next patients room .

"Doctor Aiden We need to speak about the patient's family?

Grinning lightly "Which patient is that?"

The nurse aimed at room 305 the patient with broken rib i sighed feeling the tension building up on my frontal lobe..

The cry baby jumped out of her chair "hey there doc is everything alright" she impatiently asked me

"No no nothing's wrong she's going to wake up she got through the post surgery complications with no worries , but we need her parents if that's possible or any family member to finish some papers"i said turning to the woman and the girl.

Muttering her words "she's ah-um her family is on another continent now. her uncle can't make it he's on a business trip ... is it okay for us to finish the paperwork" explained the bea- have i mentioned how strikingly beautiful she is?- Solana said

"Uh if that's what you guys want-"i got cut off by the woman

"We will "the woman said strictly.

I nod"I'll get them for you"I retorted going to get them"when you finish it nurse Bucket will be here for them,as for now excuse me"I glance at the nurse "I need a desperate cup of coffee,page me if someone's dying"

"Can i get a latte with double shots expresso...thanks"

Chatting with a group of My coworkers "I still don't know how you do it. You stayed up all night got back to your kids and spent time with them as well , woke up in the morning and you came to work,honey if it was me I would have called in dead not sick " she giggles patting my back

"You guys make it a big deal im not that busy. I work my ass off easily but the attention thats not needed around the corner is pissing me off"I implied to the interns that were stalking me not knowing i can feel their eyes .

"Excuse me doctor aiden"A voice said from behind me

I turned around "Yess...i lost your name sorry ..." nope i didn't

"Solańa"she replied

"Yeah Solańa how can i be of help"I said Memorizing her features delicate yet intriguing

"I just finished this, i hope you like it" says her handing me a portrait of me "you truly have beautiful features"

Shocked was an understatement,i didn't stay long for her to memorize nor sketch my face,but she surprised me"Wow you made this "i ask

she nods"I just felt eager to draw you "

"Im speechless to be honest thank you"i smiled slightly with a naughty thought slapping my brain

I clear my throat feeling my cheeks blush"your so sweet Solańa "

My pager buzzed and i let our eyes meet "She might be awake by now shall we" the girl nodded at me with a smile i can't forget.

Solańa's POV:

"Ellena,my favorite i***t how are you feeling "i smile at her

"Im-I ca"she tries to speak

I look at Amelia and back to Ellena as my eyes get blurry "what's wrong- i got cut off by the asshole releasing a fit of giggles

"Hahahahahah gotcha im okay relax"she said

I pinch her arm "you really are an i***t , I thought i was going to lose you"

"Awww you thought i was going to die come here"she opened her arms for me and I hugged her tightly"your stuck with me"slightly Coughing Amelia left the room and my eyes couldn't stop staring at her,until I couldn't see her .

I Kept Ellena company and time flew faster than I thought it would

I Left Ellena's room planning on heading home and got lost again. "Why is this hospital out of the normal size??Who the heck would think in such thing huufff" grumbling louder than I should

I Got across a hall and saw Amelia and went to ask her "Excuse me im lost to be honest do you mind telling me where's the exit "

She took a deep breath and walked away i thought she does mind,but she stopped halfway"you don't want to leave? why bother asking!"She questions raising her brows

"N-no i do,i apologize"I jogged following her lead,her sent was truly hypnotizing a mixture of lavender and honey,my nose approved. I sound like a psychopath but she's just too much and god knows that for sure

Ironic as it may seem I think im catching something. How can i, I don't really know. Don't ask.

"Here's the exit get home safe"she says

"Thanks for your time and help see ya" i waved at her and got to my car.

Once home i noticed the car of my Ms foster parked outside,i decided to in from the back yard sneaking straight through our back door, shoe off walking on my toes to not draw attention seeing my mother making out with her,i chuckled to myself. Thats what i thought they were hiding,guess its not hidden anymore.

"Good night you two"i announced running off upstairs. I open my room door and lock it behind me crawling to my bed and the picture of my mom making out with her friend lingered at the back of my mind...yep i hated seeing it,though im happy for her. She deserves a new start with nothing to worry about.
