"Let me go!! Let me go Arrgh" Balqis's screams filled the environment as they stopped at somewhere as he eventually pushed her to the ground.
Slowly, he loosed the sack, Luna Balqis rushed out of it in a hurry to grab fresh air. Her body was all dusty and weak only to see herself in a dark room.
"You know screaming will not help you? Alpha Cilix asked after letting realize what is happening.
Balqis sobbed bitterly, she had never experienced this kind of hardship before. "Wh..what do you want from me??"
"Actually Luna I don’t want anything from you, Just follow me and be away from those people you call pack" Alpha Cilix replied without a hint of showing mercy.
“Stop badmouthing my people, they will come for you soon” She scoffed and instead of saying anything else he dragged her on the concrete ground outside.
Balqis let out a shout “You’re hurting me!”
As they reached the end of the concrete ground , he lifted her up and dumped her on the plain mat making her face him.
“Look Luna I could have killed you if I wanted to but I won’t because I don’t need your dead body for anything, I just need you alive and well. I am your savior so shut the heck up and stop mentioning those dogs!"
“Cilix Hathaway I'm warning you! Stop badmouthing my pack! We stand together in unity no matter the condition so name your price and I'll give it!" Luna Balqis voiced through her fears.
Alpha Cilix’s eye blazed in anger so much that shook her down to the spine. “Did you think money or treasury can solve all problems? I don’t need your money or treasury, so far I have you in my custody, I’ll achieve what I want whether alive or dead!"
Luna Balqis kept mute, then she continued “You…you wanted to use my blood right? Did you think I'll allow you? Only my pack members will get a pint of my blood for free!"
“Your blood you say? What's my f*****g businesses if you have a special blood? You have to come with me no matter what!"
Balqis sobbed silently, without any sage or soothsayer to tell her, she knew that she was in trouble.
Minutes later he came back and untied the ropes in her hands which had left a bruise. He dropped a cup of water and even though she wanted to be resilient, still she grabbed the cup and drank without an ounce of shame forgetting her etiquettes.
After she had drank her fill from the water, he grabbed her chin making her look at him, “Now listen to me Luna, ,you will stay here and not move an inch or else I’ll kill you and send your body to those dogs that calls themselves your pack!" He threatened and left the room. But before he left, he turn on the candles on the room as if he had known that she was scared of staying alone in darkness and then she got a good glimpse of the room.
Alpha Cilix roamed around the Agatha with his wolf form trying to pick an information about the lost luna.
Still roaming around, a kid jumped on his back, it was Dante a little guy he once saved who happened to live at Agatha. Dante was also thesame little guy who interrupted the pack meeting.
“Alpha Cilix is that you?” he asked in disbelief and also excited tone as he rode on Cilix's back.
“Why are you so excited today and what happened?” he asked telepatically which the boy could hear and he replied aloud.
"It's so great riding in your back after a long time. When your men came to raid here, I was scared I'll be killed but all thanks to our Almighty Luna, she took away our sins” the little boy gave him the news, Cilix smiled inwardly, this boy is the fastest news caster he had ever met.
Cilix feigned ignorance still, he wasn’t so shameless and heartless to tell Dante that he took the Luna , all Dante know was that Cilix came to raid the pack because he was a rouge.
"Hmmmm so what about the Luna?? Has anyone made any moves to save her?"
Dante laughed, “What did you expect? Who'll try looking for the Luna who ran away in our trouble time? They are saying you're the one who took her and someone from the goddess will come to save her"
Dante said.
Cilix thought to himself, 'Only if they know I'm also the chosen protector'
"Thank you Dante, I'll try to see you before I leave the pack, ..Here take this, This should be enough to last you for a month until I come back" He said catching a rat with his paws and gave it to the kid.
"Thanks Cilix, don't worry when you come next, I'll give you another set of fresh news and trust me, no one will ever know you're around they don't know your wolf form anyway" He said aloud excitedly and ran off.
"Don’t share it with anyone" He growled after him but the kid was far gone.
Cilix looked at him, he smiled sadly, Dante is a good kid no doubt but circumtances has made him become something he’s not. A thief, A rogue and a dirty hustler despite having a pack.
That's what circumstances made the little boy into.
He'll have to infiltrate the den and get Baliqs's dresses.
As he walked through the marketplace, he can't help but feel light-headed.... To hear that the pack members arent even shaken by the news of her disappearance seems to be a good news to him. "That dumb Luna, she thinks everyone likes her. Oh, why did the goddess have to make me her protector?" he thought to himself.
While walking through the market, he heard the news, "Lycan Xavier has made a decree that anyone who can bring the head of the rouge named Alpha Cilix would be extremely rewarded" A market woman said.
Someone asked the Market woman, "What's the reward for catching Alpha Cilix?"
"A drop of the Luna's blood that could be enough to raise 5 dead people" The woman replied.
His eyes widened.
So they could even task bounty hunters to look for him? Cilix smirked at the thought.
Slowly he infiltrated into the den and grabbed all Balqis's clothes, Well less formal clothes and left right immediately but not after dropping a note on the throne.
