It had been raining since yesterday, gloom veiling the sky and the living room. I could smell the rain seep through the walls and the blanket of clouds in the place of my roof. I was reading my Physics textbook while waiting for a knock on the door, or a phone call. Today was the day we were going to the pool Caspian told me about. I had no idea what to expect. My focus was on neither the doorbell nor my textbook, but I reminisced the amazing morning I had.
