PUNISHMENT
Sathian was dragged by Angha to the Sma’aragdus caves in the mountain, where he was tortured and humiliated for three days and three nights. Angha’s punishment was brutal and ruthless. Sathian’s flesh was chastised until he was swollen and disfigured, his body assaulted and his mind broken. Sathian’s agony led him to the brink of madness. He, the most privileged, loved and spoiled of all creatures didn’t know how to cope with so much rage, hate and pain. His screams echoed through the belly of the mountain. His intense wailing attempted to pierce through the cold heart of his punisher without success.
“You can no longer taunt me with that deformed face,” Angha barked at one point, after punching Sathian in the face and breaking his nose.
