AWAKENINGS Morgan woke up as light pierced through her eyelids. She felt weak, as if she’d been run over by a fast-moving train. Where am I? She was lying in a large and comfortable round bed, and in front of her was a glass wall exposing the landscape outside. She was in some sort of a pavilion, facing a beautiful garden where nature was alive and vibrant. The sun had just risen, spreading golden light over the landscape. Around her were white walls and silver surfaces that reflected the light, the sky and the leaves of the trees. The architecture had a minimalistic feel to it.
