when she released his embrace, she decided to seek the respite of her bedroom. the poor kid didn't really realize who she was. but she knew exactly who he was. Unbeknownst to him , the two of them shared the same father. when her father had remarried ,his new wife had not wanted children. Due to the fact that the Don had not always been faithful, she had forced the don to put the child up for adoption. she was in all actuality his older sister. she had just recently learned herself, but only by accident. but now ,she put the two together should she tell him she pondered. maybe the thought of family might make him realize that killing someone for revenge was just not worth it. no ,cause the very same news might be what was needed to push his tettering reality to the brink of devastation. the commitment to plunge. the beginning of the end. what if she were to offer her help. would he even accept it. she didn't think so. she had watched the boys ego inflate while he was with her. he would never allow it. and the thought of spending the rest of her natural life in prison didn't sit too well with her either. she has her own reasonings of why she would want the son out of her life forever. But this was her brother ,she mused. often she would argue with herself, if something were to happen to him, she would never be able to forgive herself. her proverbial rock and a hard place seemed to suffocate her as the walls of the desperate situation closed in upon her. her chest swelled with anguish, while deep in the recesses of her eyes told of her bitter controversy. she truly did not know what she should do. "ok then" she broke the silence. " I'm gonna head off to bed." she said. "try not to do anything stupid like get urself killed." she exclaimed. And with that she retreated to her bedroom. In all reality, James was surprised at how she had taken the news. He had expected her to be more adamant, and totally against it.the mother figure she was ,made him almost sure that the night was sure to end in a fight . he was so sure that she wouldn't understand, which in turn would fuel her fire to change his mind on what he was planning to do. a part of him had felt horrible for the things that he had said he was planning on doing. it was as if he almost had wanted her to talk him out of it. to bend the will that he had fed with the vengeance and so he had dutifully planned out the murder. But unfortunately, she had not tried to dissuade him. with all of her questioning she had only fueled the inferno that now burned so fiercely inside of him. he was scared that it may never find its quench. not until he finished with his sought after revenge. was it really gonna be worth it. he knew that it wouldn't. it says eye for an eye, but would he be ok with God, if his interpretation was life for a life. would he be doomed to an eternity in hell? could he ask forgiveness for a sin if he knew it was a sin before he willingly committed to it. If God created us and knows all our thoughts, how can we be held accountable for our actions, cause he planned it. he took comfort in the last one, he believed it to be true. But when it was all said and done, he knew he was gonna go through with it. He highly doubted that he would get caught . he made sure to go with extremely thought out plan. and as his father once told him as a child, always have an exit strategy.
